Marketing Integrator

We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Marketing Integrator to oversee and manage marketing efforts, ensure accountability, and deliver measurable results.
OBJECTIVES OF THIS ROLE
Marketing Strategy Oversight:
- Collaborate with the Director of Growth to align marketing initiatives with company goals and provide regular updates on progress.
- Ensure all marketing activities—from paid advertising to SEO, email campaigns, and website optimization—are strategically executed and deliver measurable results.
Vendor & Resource Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for marketing vendors (SEO firm, PPC agency, web developers) to review reports, track performance, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Hold vendors and internal resources accountable by setting clear benchmarks and timelines.
Campaign Management & Reporting:
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics (e.g., CPC, CTR, ROAS, lead conversion rates) to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports for review with leadership, highlighting successes, challenges, and actionable insights.
CRM & Lead Attribution:
- Oversee CRM tracking and ensure all inbound leads are properly tagged, categorized, and attributed to their respective sources.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine workflows and improve lead generation processes.
Website & User Experience:
- Evaluate website performance, including functionality, user experience, and lead conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement improvements that enhance usability and alignment with marketing goals.
Email Marketing Oversight:
- Oversee email marketing efforts, ensuring campaigns are aligned with company goals and provide valuable insights for customer engagement.
- Ensure effective segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis for all email campaigns.
Accountability & Team Leadership:
- Lead weekly or monthly check-ins with stakeholders to review marketing performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
- Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring all marketing initiatives stay on track and within budget.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of experience in marketing management, operations, or a related leadership role.
- Proven ability to oversee multiple vendors and projects simultaneously while delivering results.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, reporting, and tools such as Zoho CRM, Google Analytics, and email platforms like MailWizz.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and provide clarity amidst competing priorities.
