Golden Rule Signs’ employees receive their medical insurance through Sana Health Plans. Sana is dedicated to helping the people and communities they serve by providing cost-effective, innovative health plans. The company serves thousands of small business employees across the United States. Sana Benefits wants to be more than just a health insurance plan – they want to help Golden Rule Signs employees stay well throughout their lives. Sana feels strongly that an employee’s insurance provider should be a connecting point for them to get the right care and services when they need them. Sana does this by working closely with the providers in their network as well as community resource partners.

Simple IRA – Vanguard Investment Management Co.
Building a healthy financial future is just as important as taking care of your health needs. Once you reach the first of the month after 60 days of full-time employment, you will qualify to enroll in our Simple IRA program with a 3% match.
Contributing on a pre-tax basis means that contributions to the plan are deducted from your pay before income taxes are calculated, thus lowing your taxable income. Not only can participation help you save for retirement, but it can help reduce the current tax you pay.
